A separate 30-day do-the-work guarantee. Complete the lessons and assignments released during your first 30 days, apply the teaching and feedback, and attend the weekly Q&As offered during that period or approved make-ups. If you still feel the program has not helped your playing, email the same address by day 30 for a refund, including your completed assignments, dated practice records and evidence of Q&A participation or approved make-ups.

Both windows begin on your individual program start date, when curriculum access begins; they run concurrently. The 30-day guarantee does not require completing the entire 14-week curriculum. Contact support to arrange a make-up if you cannot attend live. Live attendance is otherwise optional.
