Meet Natalie Tenenbaum
Pianist, composer, arranger and music director Natalie Tenenbaum has built a career at the intersection of elite technique, improvisation, arranging and real-world performance.
A Juilliard-trained pianist, Natalie has performed at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, the Apollo Theater, Madison Square Garden and Vienna’s Musikverein, and has worked across Broadway, recording and concert stages. Her credits include The Great Gatsby on Broadway, American Utopia, vocal arrangements for Mean Girls, and arrangements and orchestrations for artists including Lang Lang and Pentatonix.

What if I miss a weekly live call?
Live online group sessions are recorded so you can catch up on your own schedule. The shared curriculum gives you assignments and projects to follow; Both levels include the shared implementation roadmap, live calls, feedback and accountability.
How long do I keep access?
Both levels follow the same focused 14-week transformation. Community, workshops, live calls, feedback and app support run throughout the program. Inner Circle direct coaching and 1:1 support also run throughout the program. You keep lifetime access to the recorded curriculum and advanced bonus courses.
What is the refund policy?
You have a 7-day conditional refund window. Eligibility requires active implementation during your first 7 days, including onboarding, available assigned material, any scheduled call during that period, and the applicable submission. You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your enrollment date, provided you have actively participated in the program during that period.
To be eligible, during your first 7 days you must:
- Complete the onboarding steps and assigned material that is available to you.
- Attend any scheduled program call that occurs during your first 7 days.
- Complete and submit the applicable work or assignment requested during that period.
- Submit your refund request within the 7-day window.
If your request meets these conditions, payments already made will be refunded and any remaining installments will be canceled. This policy applies to both The Complete Piano Method and Inner Circle enrollment.
