YOU KNOW YOU’RE CAPABLE OF MORE

You can be an accomplished pianist
and still feel stuck.

Maybe you’ve been playing for years. You understand theory and harmony. You may already perform, teach, compose or work professionally.

And yet, you sit down to play and your hands keep reaching for the same familiar shapes, voicings and patterns.

You hear an arrangement you love and think, “I wish I could do that.”

You hear something in your head, but you can’t quite find it on the keys.

You know you’re capable of more—but you’re not always sure what to practice to actually get there.

So you keep practicing. You learn another piece. Try another exercise. Watch another lesson.

And you get better at the things you already know how to do, but the music that feels just outside your reach stays outside your reach.

Your current musical vocabulary doesn’t have to define the rest of your playing.

You need to expand what your hands, ears and mind can draw from—so when you hear something you want to play, arrange or create, you have more ways to get there.

WHY I TEACH THIS WAY

I had to rebuild my playing.
Then expand what was possible.

Natalie Tenenbaum at the piano in Carnegie Hall

Hi, I’m Natalie Tenenbaum, a Juilliard-trained pianist, composer and arranger. Before my career took me to concert stages, Broadway and recording studios, tendinitis in both arms left me unable to play for a year and a half.

I had to start again from scratch. Through a unique technical methodology, I rebuilt the way I approached the instrument—and within a year of starting over, I was accepted to Juilliard on a scholarship.

Natalie Tenenbaum and Lang Lang in the recording studio

But as a classical pianist, I wanted more than the ability to play what was on the page. I wanted to expand my harmonic language, develop my ears, and become fluent enough to find an idea at the piano, improvise, arrange and adapt.

I developed focused practice approaches that connected technique, listening and musical exploration.

That work helped me move between Carnegie Hall, Broadway, jazz festivals, recording studios and original music—and create arrangements for artists including Lang Lang.

Beauty and the Beast score with Natalie Tenenbaum’s credits

Each of those settings asked something different of me. I needed to understand why a piece of music worked, hear possibilities beyond the familiar, and turn an idea in my head into something I could actually perform.

Across all of it, I kept coming back to the same three things:

Reliable technique. A broad musical vocabulary. And the ability to turn an idea into finished music.

That’s the way I approach teaching, too. Becoming a more complete pianist is about being able to use what you know to make the music you want to make—with a clear, practical way to develop the skills that get you there.

And that’s what became The Complete Piano Method.

THE TCPM APPROACH · CONNECT THE SKILLS

Introducing The Complete Piano Method. (TCPM)

The Complete Piano Method develops six areas of your musicianship that work together to help you hear more possibilities, find them on the keys, make them your own, and turn them into finished music.

Lifetime access to the Core Curriculum, including all future additions to it, plus lifetime access to the recorded advanced bonus courses. Return to the lessons as your playing and projects grow.

Earn your TCPM certification upon completing the curriculum and required assignments.

Your practice, listening and creative work connect throughout the method.

Technique → freedom at the instrument

Build control and efficient movement, then put that control into phrasing, voicing and the sound you want.

Improvisation → choices of your own

Explore melody, harmony and rhythm so you can respond to an idea instead of needing every note written down.

Transcription → a richer musical language

Listen closely to music you love, work out what makes it compelling, and bring those sounds into your own playing.

Arranging → an idea becomes a piece

Combine those choices into a complete arrangement: harmony, texture, structure and a voice that feels like yours.

Performance → music you can share

Prepare the work to be heard. Practice carrying your musical choices into a complete, expressive performance.

Recording & creation → something finished

Capture what you’ve built. Learn a repeatable way to finish, record and share—or keep a record of your own progress.

You revisit the connections as the work develops. A technical obstacle in an arrangement becomes something specific to practice. A sound you hear becomes something to explore. Your practice has a musical reason.

WHAT’S POSSIBLE?

Imagine 14 weeks from now, you sit down knowing what you want to make—and how to begin.

You know what you’re practicing and why. You can develop an idea instead of abandoning it. You’ve worked toward an arrangement that’s yours, and a recording that lets you hear how far you’ve come.

Hear more possibility

Your technique serves the music. You have more choices in harmony, texture and phrasing—and a way to keep exploring them.

Finish something that matters to you

Take the song, arrangement or project you’ve kept putting off and work through it with a clearer plan and feedback along the way.

Feel more ready to be heard

Build confidence through preparation, playing for others, and recording the work. Sharing becomes a step you can practice, rather than a test you keep postponing.

SELECTION REQUIRED

Your investment today is a fraction of that.

I am doing this on purpose.

I spent hundreds of thousands of dollars training at Juilliard, Berklee and privately with the world’s leading musicians.

Private study and intensive music programs can cost far more than this enrollment. I believe these technique and musical-language tools—and feedback on your work—should be more affordable than my own training, and easier to comprehend, digest and put into practice. TCPM is a focused music-education program, not a substitute for a conservatory degree.

That’s why this offer is a fraction of my training investment: $997 for lifetime access to the curriculum, recorded bonus courses and future curriculum updates—plus six months of weekly group Q&A, community and feedback from me on your uploaded assignments.

TAKE THE FIRST STEP WITH CONFIDENCE

Two ways to enroll with confidence.

100% money-back, 7-day unconditional guarantee

Your seven-day refund is unconditional. Explore the lessons. If the program is not the right fit, email [email protected] within seven calendar days of your individual program start date for a refund. No assignments, attendance or proof of practice are required. This applies to TCPM and Inner Circle.

Plus a separate 30-day do-the-work guarantee. If you complete the lessons and assignments released during your first 30 days, apply the teaching and feedback, and still feel the program has not helped your playing, email [email protected] within 30 calendar days of your individual program start date for a refund. Include your completed assignments and dated practice records, plus evidence of attendance at the weekly Q&As offered during that period or approved make-ups. Contact support to arrange a make-up if you cannot attend live. This conditional guarantee does not require completing the entire 14-week curriculum in 30 days. Both refund windows begin on your individual program start date; the 30-day window does not begin after the seven-day window. Live attendance is otherwise optional.

BEFORE YOU JOIN

Questions pianists ask.

Am I advanced enough for this?

TCPM is designed for intermediate to advanced pianists who can already play music at the piano and want to expand their technique and creative freedom. You don’t need to be confident in improvisation or arranging—that’s part of what you’ll study. If you’re a complete beginner, this isn’t the starting point.

Is this for me if I’m not a professional musician?

Yes. The important starting point is your playing level and interest in developing your musicianship. Serious amateur pianists can work toward the same creative goals alongside working musicians.

What if I have strong classical technique but can’t improvise?

That is one of the gaps the method addresses. You’ll work on connecting your existing control to melodic, harmonic and rhythmic choices without relying on a fully written score.

What if I don’t want to create content?

You don’t need to become a social-media creator. Recording helps you hear your progress and finish musical work. You can keep those recordings private, use them in a portfolio, or share them when you want to.

How much practice time do I need?

Plan to make regular time at the piano and time for the assignments. The amount depends on your starting point and project. Short, focused sessions can support progress; more ambitious arrangements need additional work. You can start when you choose, set your own pace, and use the optional live calls when they fit your schedule.

Do I need recording equipment or software?

You need access to a piano or keyboard and a way to watch the lessons. Joining live online calls is optional. A phone can be a practical starting point for documenting your playing. The Ableton live-looping training requires Ableton Live and a compatible setup; software and equipment purchases are separate.

What styles of music does this work with?

The course explores technique, harmony, rhythm, listening and arranging—skills you can bring into classical, jazz, pop and your own original music. Your repertoire and projects give you a place to apply them.

What if I already have a private teacher?

You can use TCPM alongside private lessons. It adds a connected path through creative skills and projects that you can also discuss with your teacher.

Do I have to attend the live calls?

Live attendance is optional for learning through TCPM. Join the weekly Q&A, watch available replays and upload assignments in the community for feedback from Natalie during your six months of support. The separate 30-day do-the-work refund guarantee requires participation, including Q&A attendance or approved make-ups; the seven-day refund is unconditional.

How long do I keep access?

Six months of weekly live group Q&A, scheduled workshops, community, assignment feedback from Natalie and practice-app access, starting from your individual program start date. Lifetime access to the recorded curriculum and included recorded bonus courses. The 14-week curriculum unlocks progressively from your individual start date; you may continue studying the recorded materials afterward.

How does the NYC opportunity work?

The original first-10 presale allocation is closed to new enrollments; existing bonus commitments will be honored. Natalie selects three opted-in program members each month for the NYC studio experience. Selection is not guaranteed with a new $997 enrollment. Dates and participation arrangements are confirmed separately. Selected participants receive Studio A time at Power Station at BerkleeNYC, a recording engineer, mixing and mastering, a videographer and video editing. Airfare, travel, transportation and accommodation are your responsibility. Inner Circle includes three recording opportunities, subject to scheduling.

What if I join and realize it’s not for me?

Email [email protected] within seven calendar days of your individual program start date for an unconditional refund. A separate conditional 30-day do-the-work guarantee also applies from that same start date. Complete the released lessons and assignments, document your practice and application of feedback, and attend offered weekly Q&As or approved make-ups. Submit your request and evidence by day 30. See the full guarantee terms above.

YOUR NEXT CHAPTER STARTS HERE

14 weeks will pass either way.

You can spend them playing the same things, practicing the same way, and wondering why you're not progressing.

Or you can spend them building the technique, musical freedom, and creative skills you've been wanting for years—with a clear path, expert feedback, and a community that helps you follow through.

The time will pass. What you do with it is up to you.

MAKE THE NEXT 14 WEEKS COUNT →
THE MUSIC YOU WANT TO MAKE IS WORTH WORKING TOWARD

Your next 14 weeks at the piano could sound very different.

Instead of simply accumulating more practice hours, spend the next 14 weeks focused on expanding what you can actually do at the piano—with new sounds under your fingers, a broader musical vocabulary, arrangements you’ve made your own, and music you’ve taken all the way to performance.

The Complete Piano Method gives you the path.

You choose how closely you want to work with Natalie along the way.
